Applied at Pepsi, and still in the process. Been getting alot of emails and texts about Coca-Cola! Is the pay the same? And, is the process any quicker? Thank you for your responses. I look forward to some answers!

Pay rate
I wanted to know what your pay rate is.

Job
How much do yall start a hour?

Constantly promoted then demoted
My company has a history of financial troubles but pays extremely well. Lately the management have adopted the strategy of only promoting people when they can afford to increase their salary. However, they also demote people when they can no longer maintain that rate of pay. Yes, the workload does change based on the position so I'm always paid "fairly" for the work I'm doing, but I also don't like not knowing if my income will change any given quarter.

Self employed
I read the posts, all are W-2 employes they are not 1099 workers which means you are responsible for your own taxes which includes unimplyment taxes as well if you don't submit taxes it's on you sorry you have beniffets as a 1099 like every thing you do is a write off such as .55 A mile , your office whether you rent or buy, your cloths your. Get a good accountant you have over 100 right offs that's where you get your money back just takes time good luck

What's your starting weekly salary? I have 15 years experience.

Texas 1099 Sales person rules
I worked selling Solar panels as a 1099 (self employed) salesperson here in San Antonio Texas. Half the commission was paid after the customer signed the contract and the other half is paid upon hookup and completion, approximately a 6-7 month process. It was completed however I get no response from the company or my sales manager as to my commission. Does anyone know about the rules/laws or just have some good advice as to what I should do to receive my commission for this sale that originiated in May of 2016 and was completed in December of 2016.

Is this legal? Did i lose a right?
I worked at a company for about a week and a half, i know that's really short but i wanted to focus on my education and the work was not going to allow me to do that. The company paid on commission and i just picked up my check. They had promised me paid training but when i saw my check my heart sank to see the total being less than even a hundred dollars. Did i lose my right to the paid training or did i get ripped off?

I need more money.
Im only 23. I work at a fast food joint. I have 3 daughters to take care of plus their jobless mother. Rent damn near $1000 a month. Plus gas, rides to work, lights, water, food, clothes, misc. Items, insurance. By the way I only get paid $400 every 2 weeks. I do what I have to do to live. Suggestions?
