Columbia is way too politically correct and not where it really counts. Female students get sexually assaulted and abused while the male offenders sit next to them in class, yet male employees get falsely accused of harassment by female co-workers with extremely poor job performance and the male gets terminated after 25 years of service with no disciplinary record to speak of. Definite gender bias all around.

Hang on to the position as fiercely as you can. It is priceless and irreplacable.
