One day I as usual did my job but I forgot to monitor the amount of Carbon (iv) Oxide filling the bottles for preservation and had all the sodas containing more acids. At the market it was reported that the sodas were more sour than they usually were and the demand for the drinks dropped drastically untill something else was done.

A #stressful #Coca-Colacampany day
The most stressful day was during the transportation in which more of calculations were done and at that day I could reach home in the evening much more exhausted than ever.

Drama at #Coca-Colacampany
The last time I got into conflict with my fellow colleague was when I accidentally slid and had two crates of packed soda fall and nine of them breaking. The colleague was so angry to the point of slapping me but I stayed cool and explained what had happened to him.At the point we solved the issue with him and the management.

What I loved working at #Coca-Colacampany
I loved working with Coca-Cola because of many reasons.First I liked hearing how satisfied the consumers were with our product which gave me more dignity and appreciation,I liked to always find new ways of improving our product test through research which we got all we wanted for research in the campany. Also the well treatment of workers by the campany was well welcomed by myself.

My advice to people interested in working at #Coca-ColaHBC as a #OperationsManager ...
Coca-Cola HBC is a good place to get knowledge, to increase education level, to make career, to get experience from international company.

The biggest mistake I made as a #OperationsManager at #Coca-ColaHBC ...
One of my Operations Boss told me- Don't be more holy then Pop. But I had been trying to do my job in the write way - always. The plant became the Best Plant in the CCHBC ( 26 countries) in two years. On my previous position and previous plants were the same. But who likes the Best ? Even the Boss.

Drama at #Coca-ColaHBC
The last co-worker or customer were not ready for Changes. Who is ready ? Nobody. Despite everybody would like to make improvements but in real life they rely on somebody else. Plant : figures of line efficiency and yield were not realistic (SLE was reported by 15-20% more then real; material yield -more 1-2% ). All reports were made by one person in his office. The changes were painful. Customer - waste user. I change the system of waste unloading from the plant. Before : after the night shift ( truck loading) 100m2 wear occupied with waste till noon. After : press for waste (paper, plastic bottles,...) were repaired and one qualified operator was appointed in the night shift. As a result - waste unloading time was declined from 4 hours to 30 min. GMP standard for this area has been implemented. I had met the customer ,he decreased his expenses and we became the friends. Great.
