I don't believe I made any big mistakes

Have a lot of experience, I am very good at what I do. I work for an agency now. Witch clients always ask for me to return, I’m in high demand. Love my job!!!!

Don't work there! Co workers are not cooperative or helpful. Poor administration. Staff sleeping at night. Residents are not properly taken care of.

I have been a CNA for the past 15 years. I decided last year that I needed a change and went back to school for sterilization. Sterilizing surgical equipment. I take my test next Monday. What I am needing advice on is every job listing I am finding they want at least 1 year of experience. How do you get a hospital to hire you with no experience. Well I have 6 weeks of externship at a Hospital.

I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I COULD DO IF A CHARGE NURSE USED HER TITLE AS A JUSTIFICATION FOR GETTING IN A CNA'S FACE YELLING AND SHOUTING AND IS IT FAIR FOR THE CNA TO BE THE ONLY PERSON WHO RECEIVED DISCIPLINE

It's all the same think long and hard before u go full time not even a 1500 dollar bonus would make me stay
