The biggest mistake I made as a #Cna at #GoldenLivingNursingHome ...
I don't believe I made any big mistakes

I’ve been a CNA for 21 years, worked at Maine Veterans Home , Pipper Shores, Maxim Agency . Maine Medical Center
Have a lot of experience, I am very good at what I do. I work for an agency now. Witch clients always ask for me to return, I’m in high demand. Love my job!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. If I had questions or concerns about anything the staff found an answer.
I am interested in n CNA position preferably a 3rd shift.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Cna at #FloydETutfann ...

Needing Advice
I have been a CNA for the past 15 years. I decided last year that I needed a change and went back to school for sterilization. Sterilizing surgical equipment. I take my test next Monday. What I am needing advice on is every job listing I am finding they want at least 1 year of experience. How do you get a hospital to hire you with no experience. Well I have 6 weeks of externship at a Hospital.

DISRESPECTED
I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I COULD DO IF A CHARGE NURSE USED HER TITLE AS A JUSTIFICATION FOR GETTING IN A CNA'S FACE YELLING AND SHOUTING AND IS IT FAIR FOR THE CNA TO BE THE ONLY PERSON WHO RECEIVED DISCIPLINE
