Accepting the job offer to begin with

Dont work there. The management have their favorites and pick and choose sides. They aren't organized and dont act professional in any way.

It was the bosses, they were angry with me because I went to the higher up boss because they hadn't made a schedule. So the higher up boss was upset with them and in turn they cut my hours and would embarrass me in front of my coworkers.

Working with the community

I do not entertain drama in my place of work. A time someone got angry at work, I did my best to resolve the problem and when I couldn't I got my manager so they could further assist the situation.
