The biggest mistake was getting involved politically. City council runs Cordell and it has made too many people be uninvolved in things.

If you want a job here do not ever voice your own opinion and don’t do better than anyone else because it causes conflict in the work place. The city of new cordell is very poorly ran with no organization. There seems to be a struggle for control between council and city employees with no backing or support from either.

I loved being active with the public and being helpful. Cleaning up this town was important for the growth of population. On the animal control side it’s as simple as animals need help too.
