Management. I started the company with a fantastic manager who had been with the company for years and was great at what she did. I assumed a new role with a manager new to finance and presented a learning curve.

I worked for Citizens Bank for 21 years and enjoyed every minute of it. I love data entry rather than Customer Service. Also, the benefits are good.
