Cititrends is more than just a retail store. It is really a family atmosphere between the staff and the customers and the community. I enjoyed helping everyone make decisions on what to buy and what to do about life situations. The average customer would spend about an hour or more shopping and learning about whatever happened to be trending that day!

Citi trends is the worst retail company I have ever worked for. There is no professionalism at all, the store manager himself said it's "hood" profession due to the kind of customers they get. The associates have no respect for anyone that walks thru the door, they would rather tell the customer that citi trends does not have what they're looking for rather than help to find it. The cleanliness is horrible, the fitting rooms never get cleaned and neither do the bathrooms. You don t get any breaks and if your a manager you don t even get to take a lunch. Horrible place to work for.
