Great company to work for. Just be prepared that most of the supervisors are all about the company and not for you. But good money and great hours

I’d loved working for cintas until I started to hate it. Year after year it got worse the people working there suck damn near borderline racist, management sucked due to the front office switched every couple years, the only thing that didn’t sucked was the benefits. -fin

More money and better understanding of the job

The money period indoctrinated to think i couldn't find better but as soon as I looked I found a place I wouldnt have to constantly violate my ethics

Outside of the pay it was being around people who've been there many years who were coaching me to succeed. Diversity was key because I was able to learn in other departments.

I love it...working in cintas because i fell like family's...15 years..my bosses always ask me about my kids...care about me...always help me when i need opinions and take solutions and comfortable about easy my work...
