Franchisees maintain locations for longer periods of time. As a director operations I went through 3 different Franchisees Over my 25 years of positive sales growth and positive net profits. maintenance care one of the area that need more operational care.

It was very stressful with the disrespectful comments from the customers because the environment, but I handled it in a friendly matter . It was great working there with my employees and learning different tasks. # #mythoughts
