What I loved working at #Chilis
Absolutely nothing, the management was nice when they got their way. They kept promising to move me out if the dish pit and into other positions but that never happened. The one that stands out the most was sandy (manager) she would tell me I need a doctor's note when I'm running a 100+ fever or I would have to come into work, she knew I didn't have medical insurance but forced my hand anyways. No one in their right mind will keep that job as long as I did. Hands down I would rather work at a manure plant where they feed the cows two day old taco Bell than ever go back to that place ever again. :)

I really did not like working at Chili's. Although the people were real nice. But the job was boring & pathetic.

Sundays. Happy hour all day. Short staffed because someone calls in sick for sure cause they partied to hard the night before. Party after party of after church people who arent very godlike. No silverware in the bags cause the silverware workers dont come on the weekends

Lunch time from 11 - 1:30 was very stressful especially working my zone (3) ..making all the different salads.and making sure every thing tht came thru the oven was prepared Excatly the way it was order by each customer..and then dinner omg...is all I can say but I love the Job..
