I punched up a customers balance wrong because our computers were slow that day and I tallied up $10,000 instead of $100. I didn’t know how to fix it so I had to get the manager to use her code to clear it

I personally don't have no mistake it maybe a miss understanding situation and we can figure it out so we talk about it
