I worked for this lady who lied to IHSS and said that I have been working for her for over 6 months and IHSS back tracked my pay. And, she kept taking part of my money to pay other people and keep money for herself. That was back in 2010. I reported it and almost got in BIG trouble with the welfare dept. But God stepped in and touched the hearts of the people at welfare and nothing happened. I quit working for that lady.

My advice to anyone looking for work in this field is to work for IHSS I’ve had good clients and never any problems.

I would tell people not to work for psalms 23 because their not organize enough for the clients as doctors appts medication and they will blame it on the caregivers and try to write you up for there mistake also they don’t take care of staff
