I have four interviews this week. The company I work for isn't using my true talents and I'm losing interest so I'm looking elsewhere but keeping it hush hush I haven't said a word to anyone in regards to me looking for work. I have 13 years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable (full cycle). I have always had direct hire positions until i got laid off a year ago and since than my last 3 jobs were contract positions with no future. I am getting frustrated because I am very dedicated, hard working and ambitious person, and I start feeling like no one hires you without using staffing agency for short period of time. I am looking for a decent job with stability. Is this too much to ask???

Ok I’m a welder, I recently gave my two weeks at iron cross automotive Because there was no room for advancement. I’m looking for a place I can be at permanently. Dose anyone know a place that needs a welder for stick, mig, or flux? My previous supervisor is one of my references.
