I made the biggest impact at my job by...

Coaching and mentoring the employees that work for me during a time we were growing our department. I was able to retire knowing that I left my department better than it was when I took over as Supervisor.

Tips for a felon

Hey guys! Never been in here before, but need all the help and advice I can get right now please. I have a couple felonies and they are now 7 years old, what does this mean for me and a I still waitsting my time filling out applications. Anyone know of employers where I should try to apply? I’ve been at my current job for 4 years and I’m hoping this is an opportunity and not disappointment. God knows I grown up and felt the consequences of my actions but I really need to support my family. Any advice will help please.

I'm a blue jeans and tee-shirt type of person, I want a job that has room for advancement, and benefits. I have used hand tools, power tools, forklift operator, knowledge of some farm equipment, John Deere tractors and a few others. I am not a truck driver, or mechanic. I'm 57 yrs. of age, Navy Veteran and would like to find something that I can spend the next 10-12 years doing.

I am a 55 year old female seeking to find a position that would assist me in paying by bills and still have something left over. I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management and in December will be completing my AA degree in psychology. I currently work with individuals with various disabilities and behavior challenges. I have applied to so many companies but keep getting responses such as lyft, uber and Insurance offers.

The best thing I learned from my job was...

Working with people with different personalities. Learning myself. Managing myself. Finding out who I am. Being able to teach and groom others.
