Got this job here in a small town, which is not the problem. But during my training the lady that hired me said she was scheduling all the part time people one day a week. I've never heard of this. I haven't started yet and I can't afford to quit because I have alot going on as far as financially and was lucky that I even got a store job. I am six months pregnant and the job I had before then was Sonic. It was decent money but I'm not able to move as fast in the heat like that. I am hoping she will not give me just one day when i start. I need the money for my family and bills.

Please share advice on selling yourself on your resume. I do not know how to word my experience and achievemenrs

Be professional and have a good outlook

I've been into all types of entrepreneurial things since I was 12. I'm now almost 17 and it's legal to be hired at 14 where I live. I've helped multiple businesses scale up (for free) due to my knowledge over the business.I'm an avid reader with a thirst for knowledge. I'm even graduating early. I have a perfect record. I'm very sociable. I've applied for every job even the ones I doubt I'll even get into. I applied for all of the entry-level jobs around me at least 10 times each. I've done all of this and have been applying for about a half a year. I even had a decent resume. Can someone please bestow upon me the knowledge of getting hired? What am I doing wrong? Not of the jobs, I applied for even got to the interviewing process. I also have A-B or A honor roll for most of my years on my transcript. Does anyone have some quality advice? Now that I'm in need of money due to family problems I just need a job even if it paid under minimum wage.
