The biggest mistake I made as a #Maintenancetechnician at #Caliseindustrialbakery ...

To be honest with you I didn't make any mistakes at calise bakery. First of all I was told that it was a temp to direct hire. Not only two days in I learned that I was just there to cover for another gentleman that was previously injured and when he came back that I would be released. I have been a maintenance mechanic my whole working career. I know what I'm doing I am certified in electrical commercial residential, and HVAC. Then not even the second week I witnessed two fights seen three drug deals go down right on company property. I was shocked at how this type of behavior was allowed to happen at a work place. Minimal supervision and the place even has video cameras everywhere. Someone is definitely dropping the ball at this place. I decided that I was lied to anyway that I do not want to work at a place like this. I mean it was bad. Everyone had an attitude people looked at you with dirty looks like they were envious of you for some reason. I earned my knowledge I did my study and worked hard for my status. I never had anything handed to me.So if they only knew the path and hard work I performed then maybe they would of been more friendly. I just feel that there is no room for all these things I witnessed at my short stretch at Calise bakery. Some one needs to take command at this place. It seemed like all they did was play the blame game pass of everything on to someone else. No organization what so ever to bad the owner seemed like a very nice guy.
