I found ABM Aviation to be a fast pace environment. Communication could be vastly improved ! Many cross currents of authority. Everyone either has a radio, wants a radio or is talking on a radio. Seems to be too many bosses and not enough workers. Was unimpressed by the operations being housed in a trailer. Not sure the trainers are free to train as they see fit. This organization has good & unqualified people. If you are going to work good luck.
