Drama at #BurgerAutoGroup
I had a coworker who fancied herself as an expert on everything. One day I said something out loud and she corrected me. I waited a beat or two and then loudly announced that " Oh my god. I made a mistake!! Someone kill me now because I do not deserve to live!!!" She was red as a beet.she never corrected me again. Yip. :-)

What I loved working at #BurgerAutoGroup
Mr. Burger was always appreciative of each and every employee. He spoke to us individually and made a point of providing us with the best health care and paid vacation and personal time off. Not many employers in the retail auto industry did the same. When Mr. Burger passed away his wife continued on in the same vein.

How I nailed my #BurgerAutoGroup interview
I have to admit that I was hired at Carl Burger because I knew the Office Manager. We had worked together at Mossy Corporate and she left to go back to Carl Burger. Sometime later she called me and asked if I wanted to work with her there. They had 3 or 4 individual s performing the office Cashier position in the last year and were desperate to have someone skilled to perform the job. I still had to interview with the controller, but had an in because my soon to be boss knew the demands that the MOSSY Corporation put on it's employees, and if I had survived there, I could kick butt for them with no problem. Further industry wide the Mossys were known for their drive of perfection. You wouldn't last long if you didn't have what it took to be part of their team. You might say that it was their reputation that got me the job.
