I stayed because I got attached to the residents. I definitely enjoyed talking and laughing with them.

The looks on the residents faces when they look at the presentation and smile as they take a bite of the wonderful and delicious dishes that I have prepared for their enjoyment. I love working with food and I am a team leader as well as a go getter. I might be a little outspoken at times, but I’m the type of person that goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the residents get everything that they need and deserve if I can make it happen. THE BEST thing about working for #BrookdaleSeniorLiving is
The people seem to really care about you from the higher-ups to the workers we have a good relationship and they have very good in sentence the residents have a fund for the workers for them to go to school wanting them to progress and you are encouraged by your bosses to do better and do well and they promote them and every month they ask you if you want to do something different they have education that you can do so that you can learn if you want to do that
