Can't Understand
I have been a Housekeeping Manager for the last 19 yrs. with loads of skills in all aspects of Housekeeping as well as others in the field, (e.g.,purchasing, training, hiring, creating procedures, the list goes on). I have recently relocated to the Boston area and have been trying to get into the Hotel Industry. I have had several phone interviews, one on one interviews that have gone awesomely, but have yet to be hired. I don't have hotel experience, but my skills and back ground certainly fits. I just don't understand why I haven't been hired.
