What I loved about working at #Borgwarner was
Borg Warner is a great company with excellent benefits and offers great pay. But is the most poorly managed companies in WNC. Poorly scheduling and extreme lean minded forces operators to work 7 days a week to compensate

The biggest mistake I made as a #Machineoperator at #BorgWarner ...
I inspected a part and put it on a acid and I was a non component part and got yell it about it but as process went by I got in inspection part down pat
