My advice to people interested in working at #BoeingCommercialServices as a #AviationMaintenanceTrainingManager ...
It is truly an experience and education which you must have. Once you get on board, get busy and learn every facet of your job, others depend upon you. Branch out and learn the company business from your small porthole to the big picture, it will help you grow. Do not get complacent, stay fresh and find something you don't know.

Drama at #BoeingCommercialServices
Customers were always pleasant and eager to learn from the Boeing team. Co-workers have bad days as we all do, so if we had issues we would go get a cup of coffee and talk about it or take a walk around the building and work out the issues.

What I loved working at #BoeingCommercialServices
I enjoyed the challenge of learning a new aircraft and its systems. I am a helicopter mechanic/crew chief and after I retired from the Marines I worked for Boeing on the 747-8 program.
