The biggest mistake i made in regards to my tasks was one to leave a guest check-out through the security protocol without clearing her bills at the reception and two failing to capture and report a hit and run motor vehicle accident in the hotel basement.

Being a hospitality set up its fun loving especially interacting with people from different countries and races and having an opportunity to learn their cultures and beliefs.But the most important of all is to offer quality and seamless service to deserving guests.
