I requested 2 hours off to take care of some business and only used one hour of time. Supervisor notices it and decide that she is going to subtract my overtime from a different day and the one hour I didn't uses from my time card. Calls and said I correct your time card. Asked what correction? Supervisor said I took 1.5 hours and put it back in your PTO. Looks and notices that my overtime is gone. Calls and tell her that is incorrect. The response I get is, I figure you would like to keep it instead of using it. Will the overtime is what I worked and the extra hour I can leave early. She had to correct my time card 3 times before it was right. If it ain't broken don't fix it. #drama

I worked at Bex logistics for 5 years. My first two years maybe three at BX we're pretty good, I made good money with pay weekly and was home at a decent hour everyday and felt that the company treated me fairly. Although we had no benefit that was the only thing lacking at that time. Then the owner of the company felt that I believe this employees were making too much money so he changed the pay scale to where I was making less than half of the money that was making the previous three years at Bex. Not to mention the owner of the company with little or no experience on a forklift hit me in the back with a load of heavy material on a pallet. After that things between me and the company went down hill so I felt with the cut in pay and the lack of respect coming from ownership it was time for me to make a move and it was the best thing I had ever done. Now working for Cota I'm making three times the money that I made a b e x and definitely have a future after work whereas with BX there was no retirement no benefits and there was no future make good money at BEX.
