I have a BS in Psychology. Do I need the Behavioral Health Technician certification to obtain an entry level position in Arizona and if so how do I go about obtaining it. Thank you.

Does your facility hire BHT's? I have 6 years experience in the field, been with the same company for over 5 of those and in my current position for 4 years. I also have a Master's degree in General Psychology. Please let me know.
