Bechtel did not micro manage me. I was given a game plan, production schedule, materials and equipment I needed and completed said assignment safely without daily or weekly interference. Gave upper management biweekly or monthly updates and let me complete assigned task. None of my crew was ever injured and assignment was always completed prior to due date.

Working with Bechtel/FEMA was the best thing I have done

I worked the unit 2 reactor continuation at TVA Watts Bar Nuclear 2014 to March of 2015. Bechtel took care of their employees, management, safety heads and their customer as fairly a place as any other. I would work for them again.
