As far as nursing homes go , it’s great . Make sure you know you don’t find friends at work and just be mindful of other people’s hidden agendas. Don’t get pulled in and the team is great , especially Sherry Tyree the administrator .

I did not get the opportunity to actually meet anyone from corporate myself , other than my consultant who was no help . She had not had the previous DON put several policies into being and she dumped it into my lap . Then all the powers that be at the time before I arrived covered a a major problem up and it was not documented , and everyone said oh yes we knew about that . I followed the policy, and the cost of this was a problem that I was blamed for . If the problem had been handled correctly in the first place the cost would have been insignificant.

I have never really had anyone angry to me to my face.
