My advice to people interested in working at #BankofAmerica as a #Teller/NCROperations ...

I know its been many years since I worked at B of A but I would hope they haven't lost the personal care of their employees. I would gladly encourage employment.

Drama at #BankofAmerica

I'm sorry to disappoint here but gratefully I had no bad encounters.

What I loved working at #BankofAmerica

I loved the training in a new area as an NCR Operator. I loved the people I worked with, their kindness was so genuine. I enjoyed my position also as a Teller. I enjoyed interaction with the customers evey day. I liked all of the people in management.

I would tell my past self that working at #BankofAmerica is

Is great to work at minus the referrals you have to get as a teller. It is 40% of your score card and it is sometimes difficult when the client doesnt want to do anything but cash a check or make a deposit and leave. Some times you will have to pressure the client to sit down and although bank of america does not want to sell anything or try to force customer they actually prefer it since they know getting customers to sit down is hard.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Smallbusinessrelationshipconsultant at #BankofAmerica ...

Belive my managers that I was not going to have any problems if I took my time to transfer the customers. I got fire after 11 years of services with a excellent work history
