What I loved working at #JPMorganchase
I loved the team leaders. They were always there and have your back. They also understand that people need different coaching styles and focus on the positives while coaching you through the negatives.

What I like about working for USAA Bank
What I like the most about working for USAA Bank is the culture. Most banks don't really have this and I have worked at a few. Usually, you clock in you clock out and that's it. Here I actually talk to my co-workers and we even get beers sometimes after work. Best bank I've worked at by far. I hope to stay here for a long, long time.

More to come
I will be completing my profile within the next few days. I have over 30 years in Customer Service, and every form of CS, with 14 years being at Chase Bank Credit Card Services in Elgin, IL where I was a CS rep but became an APR specialist

I Received a Job Offer Today
After being laid-off back in January and almost 3 months of searching, filling-out applications and interviews, Citi has extended me an offer of employment! I was getting very discouraged and wondered if anyone would hire someone over 50 years old. Thanks to all of you who offered words of encouragement and motivated me to keep trying. I am so grateful!

My advice to people interested in working at #BankofAmerica as a #BankTeller ...
If you can play the politics. You can make it. Otherwise watch your back some people will stab ya just to get to top.

The biggest mistake I made as a #BankTeller at #WellsFargo ...
Leaving for a different opportunity.

I loved that #JPMorganChase offers its employees...
Loyalty, respect, and understanding

Feeling really down
So maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. I have been in banking for 22 years and have all the qualifications when applying to bank jobs but for some reason I am being passed over. Does experience count anymore these days. I have had 10 interviews and not one has panned out. What could I be doing wrong. I know how to open accounts, use computers, count cash, process loans but it seems like that doesn't matter. The last interview I was on which was on Monday I thought went really good. I was told they would have an answer by the end of the week but the the next day I got the email saying they were going with someone else. If they know they don't want you they should just say so, so you don't get your hopes up. All I want is to get back to work and do what I love doing working in banking and helping customers

My super power at #JPMORGANCHASE was...
Knowledge about the Claims Dept processes and procedures.
