My advice to people interested in working at #SearsHoldings as a #BackroomAssociate ...
No matter what is happening in your personal life....once you "clock in", it's work time!!! Be sure to maintain a positive attitude and be willing to give 100% of your energy, time & sweat equity into your work! Why??? That's what employers look for!👍 There is no need to expect compliments or recognition by the employer. Your employer sees your work! Believe me.
