I got hired for 2 good jobs one was for plumber that let me go because of my background the other 1 was the oil field which has nothing to do with reddit's dental and they looked at my background and fired me after I went through orientation drug test and paid all that money for that

I unfortunately don't have transportation of my own but I have family that does have transportation working in Triadelphia so I am able to work up there.
giving a bot of background on why my account here says Marie Robinson and not my actual name in which its Eli is because my original account is too crowded in terms of messages so getting an important message is hard to find with all the ads I get on my personal Gmail account. this way ill be able to actually read any of the important messages using this account.

Is there any "intern" type job that's in computer programming that I can apply to online without having to consent to a damn background check or am I just going to die here in my childhood paid-for home never working again?
Feels like going for computer programming like everyone advises, will be just a waste of time as it seems the companies that hire, do require that damn background check. I mean on all these online job applications even for the "intern" level, I have to 'tick the damn box' either allowing or disallowing a background check but as everyone knows if you tick the box saying "no" you will within seconds get the online reject letter and all your 10 minutes of typing time will have all been wasted. My problem is a high level of education WAY BEFORE the felony conviction. And more education isn't going to put me with the types. of companies that don't check background. As a Stroke survivor, I can't drive or do heavy lifting, that rules out pretty much EVERYTHING that I know either hires felons or just doesn't check, period. What else is there, lay down and die?

Feel free to give me your email address, phone number, name and best way to call

Do hiring managers at Amazon really look at my online activity during their background check investigation?

Yes they do, and they want a detailed answer for each charge on your record

They should have done one for me at the time, but they didn’t do one and I taught for at least 2 years. In fact at the time (2016) they didn’t even have me do a “carteira assinada” and I’m a Brasilian citizen. I could have sued them, but for the sake of my students I didn’t. That administration has since left and AVA is under wonderful new admin now that is seeking to do everything correctly.

Hi! My name is Ryan Liao and I am about to be a fourth-year student at the University of California, San Diego. I believe that my overall background as well as my course experience at this institution have prepared me exceptionally well for any such position. Data has always fascinated me throughout my life. Throughout all of my interests and passions, I would somehow always find a way to make a spreadsheet out of them. Now, my studies have taught me both the skills to analyze, as well as the concepts to interpret data.
My time in the Data Science B.S. program has made me very familiar with programming in various languages (Python, SQL, Java, HTML, Javascript, D3, Dask, Spark), data management/analysis, and machine learning. The program itself is consistently regarded as one of the premier data science programs in the country, being ranked 10th nationally by U.S. News. I have completed every lower-division course as well as most of my upper division courses as well. I am also completing a minor is Political Science Data Analytics. This minor has allowed me to incorporate data science concepts to solve real world public policy problems. It has also given me an abundance of experience programming in R and Stata. I would love to apply what I have learned during my time here to a job that can give me some working experience before I graduate.
This university has also given me so many opportunities to meet other brilliant individuals. Working with these people has given me a lot of perspective into what a job environment could look and feel like. It also allowed to evaluate my own performance in these circumstances. I have always felt a strong sense of responsibility anytime I work with others. I am very personable and easy to get along with. I also believe that I am an exceptional communicator and can succeed in almost any work environment. I am confident that the skills I have acquired so far and the experiences I have been through can translate to any field. I would love to continue discussing my qualifications and I am looking forward to this incredible opportunity.
Thank you for your time and consideration!

Do hiring managers at JetBlue really look at my online activity during their background check investigation?

Yes, they do.

It is possible that JetBlue hiring managers may look at an applicant's online activity during the background check process. Many companies conduct background checks on job candidates as part of the hiring process, which may include reviewing an applicant's social media profiles and other online presence.
During this process, hiring managers may be looking for any information that could raise red flags about the candidate, such as evidence of illegal or unethical behavior, discriminatory or offensive comments, or a lack of professional conduct. Therefore, it is important to be mindful of the content you post online and to present a professional image on social media and other online platforms.
It's worth noting that JetBlue might have their own background check policy, which they are required to inform the candidate before proceeding. Therefore, you should check with the company if you have any questions or concerns about their background check process.
In general, it's always a good idea to be aware of your online presence and to present yourself in the best possible light, as you never know when a potential employer may be looking at your online activity.
Imagine having your name tainted by spouse. I wish you the best, always believe in second chances.
