Don't expect a good job.even though you deserve it.

It was a very small shop, only the owner Mr Russel Lanclos, his wife in office and I were working together. I enjoyed every day . unfortunately Mr. Lanclos became ill and had to go to the hospital and had to retire after 2 more weeks . I was not ready to run that place by myself and he retired for health reason and closed the shop. We are still very good friends.

Decent perks and benefits. The quality of the Union representation is truly debatable but overall I would say it was a positive experience.

I learned hands on how to run different type of machines,and gained knowledge about the auto-diesel field.

It was great, until the shop closed.

I just ignored him and went to the GM and let him know what's going on so if anything does happen I got a paper trail to help me out.

Seeking full time employment

The people that worked there. Employees from the Honda, Subaru & Dodge, Ram,Jeep. I also liked my hours, night. I worked a lot of 3rd shift hours at Briggs &Stratton, & Harley-Davidson in the 35 years I worked there.
