they don't run their jobs they act like they're scared of the boss it ridiculous people in charge don't know how to supervise its sad

I have always loved working in the automobile industry. I started out working in auto body for a few years, I was a mechanic for ten, and then pursued sales. I interviewed at a number of local Bismarck/Mandan dealerships and Eide Ford made me feel most welcome of them all. I was very happy about my choice to work for them for all 14 years.

I had prior experience as car salesman. I knew the service manager. He told me to apply for an opening in service dept . Got job, had a great time, great people, customers and dealership
