Pre testing

Why is every company that I have applied for have this pre testing I am 42 years old graduated in 1992 there are math questions and other questions that I have no idea about i have been to four different interviews and couldn't pass I'm a very hard worker that don't miss days at all I think it not fare to the older generation to have such high testing where we know nothing about that the younger generation does.

How would you explain to a patient that her insurance doesn't cover the prescription anymore?

1 - Apologize and tell the patient to refer this issue to her insurance provider. 2 - Explain that she can’t pay the full price today in cash then follow-up with her insurance for reimbursement. 3 - Ask the patient to call her doctor for another prescription her insurance will cover. 4 - Show understanding and reassure the patient that you will work with her to resolve the issue with her doctor and insurance.

Assessment test Part II

I have 15+ years in the hospitality industry. I began at a time pre assessment test when human resources actually took the time to talk to you to ascertain who you really are as a person and a potential employee. I am confused that after years of excellent performance reviews I can't pass the industries assessment test . I have answered according to what was preached to us on a regular basis regarding serving our guest and their satisfaction. Bottom line it is my job to make the guest feel happy and satisfied without going away too much. Example you arrive your room you are assigned upon your inspection is not cleaned do I A) Apologize, reassign you to a new room. Go along with you to ensure the room has indeed been cleaned. I offer you a discount on your meal or room service for your problem B) Apologize profusely then referred to a manager C) Apologize and change your room. I look forward to your responses.

Multiple Choice questions...

Hello! I am hunting for work today, and lately I have been wondering if the multiple choice questions make a difference in my job search as far as a time limit. - I have been going through the application, cover letter, and interview process and questioning what the strong points and weak points are and where I need to improve myself on my quest for work.
