Scammers?
Has anyone ever heard of Wild Flavors, inc.? They send you an almost 3,000$ check to get items for a foster home? That ask you to deposit the check first and email or copy the deposit slip? Then they will send you a list to get the items and send it off and then the rest is your weekly pay? Scammer or Not? What do you guys think?

Just a heads up warning
Over the last 2 days I have had 3 job offers by 2 different companies offering jobs working from home. They use legitimate company's to do this scam and here is a little of how it works.
They send you an email of a job offer to work from home using a real company's name that does do some positions remotely and they say the positions pay anywhere from $15 to $28 an hour.
Then when you reply they want to set up an interview but the interview is only through google chat. (I went through the process to see what it was all about) They will not Skype with you or any other type of tele-conferencing so you can see them in person its all through google chat.
The interview questions are great questions that a real company would ask you and would all seem real if it wasn't for the google chat thing and takes a long time.
At the end and after waiting close to an hour in chat they come back and tell you that after review of your interview answers you have the position. Now keep in mind not one time did they ask for any personal info like social or anything (thank god). You start tomorrow and they tell you a time to be on for training and that your office equipment will be there by the end of the week so that you can preform you job duties.
You go online the next day to start your training and your first task is to type an essay on Office Equipment and its importance in Accounting and general clerical duties. Now this is as far as I took the process. The rest of it works from what I have heard that they send you a check for more than what you are to be paid and want you to cash the check and western union them back the remainder but not sure how true that part is.
So I know everyone is desperate for a job so please beware.

Using car for advertisements
I have a 1997 buick lasaber. How new does my car need to be in order to have advertising on it?

Speaking of scammers
I recently received a call from Steve at the IRS saying they were going to sue me unless I paid them a fee. Now I do seasonal tax work for Block and have done so for 22 years. The IRS will never call. They send everything in writing. Don't give them any information or click any links if they send an email. Steve clicked off when I told him my calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance. He didn't realize he called my home number

Does anyone know...
Does anyone know if this is legit? "An online job that allows you to do data entry on google, facebook, twitter, snapchat, and more to earn up to 2,500 a week. No need to interview - the job is yours to start today if you want it. Finalize the details by clicking below." I receive this every so often in my email and I've been on unemployment for just over a year now and nearly ready to try almost anything. I wouldn't expect that much money weekly. Just curious...

Keep Searching Right?
I had a job offer a few days ago and the HR sent me a email stating me to reach out to the hiring manager to do a online interview. I was to make a google hangout account & then add the hiring manager to my contact. After i do that i would need to message her for the online interview. What they don't know is that i already have google hangout on my phone so they only thing i needed to do was sign into my account and just add the hiring manager name & email. Here's the funny thing, when I add her to my contact & reach out to her, I notice that for one the hiring manger doesn't even have hangout, I know that because when i press call or video it tells me that i need to invite her to hangout. So i reach out to both HR & hiring manger because i want to know whats going on & if there is another way to do the interview. No replys yet. I already plan on continuing with my job search but one thing i notice is that some phones do in fact has Google hangout on their phone & that if u go up there your contacts automatically come up there & u can see if someone has hangout or not. So my question is, is it right for me to continue to message them or to continue to move on with my job search like i plan on doing?

I have been trying to find information on a company that posts on job boards. They ask if you will do a security check before they interview and want you to send $20.00 - red flag. I tried to find information on them and found a website with a phone number, address, people listed and testimonials, but I know that websites can be created fairly easily. I have tried to find them through the information listed, but find nothing. What are your thoughts?
