I got the same email like the other ones I read and it was from AG Company or Agile Growth..and I was wondering too if it's legit. Is this the same scam??? The job offer is for Operations (logistics) Manager. They want me to forward shipping packages.. Please advise. Sounds like the same scam.. they offered me the job and i checked out their company website and read their customers reviews and still am wondering if this is the same can. They offer to pay me 2550 after 31 days of completing the job. Stupid me I accepted the job but I am no longer going to do this. Here are their websites and other sites with their review and testimonies... I haven't done any work for them and haven't yet got any checks or paid cause this was only two days ago. I was contacted by Hyflux Limited for a position with their company. They wanted me to buy hundreds of dollars of software and then they would reimburse me for the software. They told me they would send me a laptop and I would have to take it to someone to have them install the software. I told them I would not purchase the software, since it was very expensive. They then told me they could send me a check but they would need my banking information, it would need to be done by direct deposit. I told them I would not provide it to them. I told them to please not contact me anymore. I know a scam when I see it, and I was not going to fall for their scam.

Scam!!! I recieved a call from a individual with a thick dialec possibly from the Middle East. He is offering a job to work from home,sending packages to other locations possibly out of the country. I checked the address that the phone number was located it is a apartment building in Los Angeles,CA. Just letting the community to beware of this scam.

I got this email today and a call from someone, who spoke in length about this position. I am an attorney and was being offered this position without an interview. I have been looking for employment for a while now, but I urge everyone out there to not fall for stuff like this, just because you may need work. I think its not a genuine thing, but since I am young and very new to the industry, I want the opinion of fellow job casers. FYI I havent provided any info to this company yet. Also beware of them using legitimate company's when you look up the company all looks good. I called the company to make sure their HR department knew this was going on so so sad I really was hoping I landed that dream job!!!!

SCAMS...I was scammed twice in one day, both through this job site...same situations as everyone else. The interview, the conversations, everything done through Google hangouts. Me though, went one step further, I received 2 checks by fed ex one for 4880.00 and the other for $2600. These were set up fees for equipment I would need to work. The hourly rate was awesome, one was $31.00 the other $26.00 an hour. Both checks that were sent overnight were bad, I notified the fraud department with my bank and the other I filed a police report. My dad always said...if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The 2 companies involved were Hilton Worldwide and Berkley Hathwsy, which Warren Buffet owns. BEWARE!!!

I just got what I believe was a job scam today as well from a so called Pharmaceutical Company in Korea. They only wanted to do an interview via Hangout and said they would overnight me a check to get all the office equipment to setup my home office to be an administrative assistant. I've been emailing with a company call Seaway Logistics & Warehousing, "seawaylw.com" has anyone heard of them? I've asked for LinkedIn names but so far have not received any. Their website, which they gave me, shows their locations but there are not pictures of any employees, only a letter from the President/CEO of the company. I've received phone calls from their HR recruiter as well as from the HQ in Copenhagen. I am now being asked to use their bank account information, transfer funds to a credit card and once the funds have been confirmed, purchase equipment for them and send to a Paris location. I've been playing along for 3 weeks now with study materials that I receive daily, tests each Friday etc. Now this special project to give me an edge over others who are also (so I'm told) going through these tests. Location of where they will eventually open a location is TBD. I'm just wondering how long to play along if this is a scam and not burn any bridges if it's for real.
