
Fraud? Can i get in trouble?
I was hired for a job, I done my interview in google hangouts. They hiring manager says his company is based out of the UK and this job will be work from home. He says he's gonna send me a check via fedx in which I deposit into my account and use only the company they have been using for Years to purchase my supplies.......advice please???

Just a warning. I have had 2 emails for call a recruiter for a UPS position, I call and they wanted me to send my resume over to them and wanted my D.O.B and social security number.. Call was coming out from New Jersey. UPS does not run that way, so please be caution in handling out any info

I applied for a job w/ dyssik, They saay to select contact us on their email, but there is no way to enter any info.. The contact # 912-339-1088 is a generic vcml and the recording they want us to listen to is nis 760-569-1296. I found a # on there website 302 3007-3169. They want you to pay 8.00 for backgroud check and 50-250 for courses you have to take. The first class for 50 is refundable w. in 30 days. Sound suspicious, Emily. I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid, since Ive had so many scams contact me. I received on from CVS. They asked me to login to google and get an Email address then Login to heads... something. Like a google Chat room. I did and then on into the "Interview" they started asking about how I wanted to be paid and then my bank account info too. That's is when I ended the chat and called CVS and they told me it was a fraud email and chat. Just got another Email this morning with a different Gmail account. Have realized that if they asked you to join a chat room, DON'T. According to the person I spoke to at CVS, they or any other company that they know of would NOT conduct an interview that way! It's a shame what I society has come too. But at least they are the ones that must face God on that day!!! Certainly know they don't have that much power!!!

So far so good on the Glardix/21st Century Transportation Consultants. Of course I haven't even come close to the 30 day probationary period and receiving my first pay yet. Emily, do you think having a prepaid card like a Netspend would be a wise way to get a direct deposit from a company in re to Payroll that way a person doesn't have to give out any of their banking information?

I want to caution anyone receiving mail to be sure to check if the spelling and other punctuations are correct before answering any emails. If you are not sure of the proper information you receive regarding a job or whatever, please have someone else check it for you. I am 80 years old and when I read these emails it makes me sick because real caring people needing work (any kind) should not have to be a human dictionary. These people that write these offers may possibly expose you and your family to a number of future problems. I hope this helps someone. Grambo
