What I loved about working at #Antelope bar &grill was
I bought the antelope bar, in northeastern Montana ,November 2011. The bar had been closed and not used for 6 years, did not have a liquor beer wine or gambling license. started cleaning the place up remodeling and working on getting a beer and wine license which was the only thing available at the time. Finally got the beer wine and gambling license with food license and opened the bar on April 13th which would be Friday the 13th 2012. Started out with your basic fare of burgers fries appetizers etc. The burgers were formed by us made in the patties season and then char grilled and these took off like crazy we soon had a following and became known to have the best burgers in Sheridan county. From there we moved on to steaks prime rib ribs brisket did a lot of smoking you know chicken broasting chicken the place became known for its food it was more of a restaurant than a bar. And what I loved about owning this place was the time I spent in there dealing with the day-to-day maintenance cooking bartending hiring maintenance. It was a labor of love
