My advice to people interested in working at #AlliedBartonsecurityservices as a #Securityofficer ...
It's not a bad place to work for but would let them know that they probably wouldn't get a pay raise every year like most jobs. I have been with the company for 4 years and for the first 3 years I didn't get one apparently it depends on your contract which I don't think is fair.

The biggest mistake I made as a #SiteSupervisor at #AlliedBartonSecurityServices ...
Not internalizing the Lyric from the ol Grateful Dead Song...."the women are smarter."

Be sure to know all federal and state laws on discrimination. Don't take Verbal Abuse from Unauthorized personally nod the head up and down. Skateboarders often have moms that work in the buildings, you cite them they whine to mommy, come out, give you the script that mom gave you "your rude." Don't become site supervisor. If you look Gray Pantherish, just stay home or Volunteer.

What I loved working at #AlliedBartonSecurityServices
The Training and its legacy of solving the Drexel University Problem. ABSS made its bones on that.

A time I was disappointed at #AlliedBartonSecurityServices
I was acutely dissapointed when the console officer at 201 California would sleep through her shift and took the keys to the entire building home with her in 2007
