Being, Front-house staff team restaurant professional at renowned SF dining destination and cabaret led by distinguished Chef Sausan Molthen. Serving/waiting tables when/where/as needed, including catered events. The awesome dancing, and exotic meals, made me feel like I was Ganymede/Aquarius, playing gunga din to the gods, making sure, nobody, Dancers, hosts, or guests, ran out of water on Olympus, not on my watch.
