If I had to do it again I would. The opportunity to work for a DOD contractor was grand . It was just a great opportunity over all to work for Aerotek in Tallahassee Florida.

Most of my peers were chill, cool, funny, and welcoming. It was a nice change from some places all the "mean women" act up. It was also nice to be included in Lab week, with the t-shirts and all.
We had over 50 f-135 fighter jet parts come in that didn't pass inspection
I really have nothing good to say about where I work. This is a company that just pushes employees in and out of the company they supply employees just to keep their employment numbers up. You are not really a part of a business or company, and they claim to be a team that really don't care one bit about their employees. I've already wasted almost 2 years of my life working for an organization that shows extremely slow to no advancement opportunities. Although I haven't had many jobs in my life, due to long term employment, I've never had a job that I didn't like going to except the company I work for now.
Aerotek has provided me with the worst job experience. Aerotek provides job positions for commpanies with which you are told to perform work practices that are both unsafe and unethical. After several complaints about the company in which I was employed they did not address those complaints, nor did they document the complaints (including unsafe practices).
