What made me stay at #Advics Manufacturing was

I worked at Advics Manufacturing LLC. (formerly AISIN BRAKE & CHASSIS) or roughly nine and a half years and I work just about every department and position in that plant the one located in Terre Haute, Indiana... I have a humble start there I started for a local temp service as a production operator enter a temp status and advance to full-time with Benefits I was a production assembler there for many years and I work there prior to them building the addition on phase to The BMC brake master cylinder clean room department where they made the brake master cylinders and other components for Honda and Toyota brake parts I also did MIG welding and drivetrain assembly for Hummer H2 and Mitsubishi Eclipse back in the day I have been fully upgraded and advance to the Quality Control Department and I was a quality assurance technician the last few years or more that I work for the company however I went through lots of let's call it dark times there had a lot of harassment from my fellow co-workers or higher reps such as team leaders management and other employees they dog me out because of my sexuality which I at the time and still to this very day not very open about that kind of stuff to people I really don't know anyway I was a good worker there had a pretty good rapport and had a lot of friends who were co-workers there my main problem working there was I faced a lot of adversity not only through problems I faced myself but other people I work with having to see them go up here at times and bad conditions that were unsafe and resulted in injury or worse they violated OSHA regulations and being aroused I felt oppressed there. The management their sect and it seemed like there was a lot of politics but that's probably like any other Factory that there was a lot of good people I worked with... may I would not refer an enemy of mine haha even to apply for a job and work there... it was like a sweatshop anyway but I will say I admire the Japanese craftsmanship and Honda and Toyota are good top selling auto manufacturers in America they made high quality brake parts at advics but being located in Terre Haute Indiana there aren't many other good paying jobs around so I guess in a way I would not deter anybody from trying their luck at that company just because my experience wasn't a Savory one I left there in 2013

It can be a really great place to work! There is encouragment to cross train in same dept as well as other ones. Also there are many employed there with time to go out of way to explain and train efficiently. Need patience and positive work circle
