Office work for a female felon???

Maybe someone out there will be able to see past a piece of paper and give a felon a second chance... Please don't get me wrong... There are many places that do. Mostly in the food industry... Many in the construction business. I am a female who made mistakes that made me the strong independent woman I am today. However... It has been something that has restricted me from doing any kind of a job in any kind of a clerical or business category. I would like to find someone who could see past that paper telling my mistakes and give me a position that I can be proud of when I come home after. A place where I can look like a lady... Not just another uniform. Maybe it's wishful thinking. But it really only takes one person to make a difference. Thank you.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Mailroomclerk at #LelandManagement ...

Going over my supervisors head it cost me my job. Trusting a co worker you became good friends with who flung dirt around about me in the meantime she does dirt!

I didn't kiss someone's feet when they talk badly to you and make demands.

The things that would have improved my job @ #KnotManagementdoBrasil are

Definitely a change of management is essential. A poor example of General Manager behavior reduced the employees` moral, initiative and motivation.
