A #stressful #Adidas day
EVERY day. My only highlight was caring about the employees.

Drama at #Adidas
I had a manger that became manager of the Factory Outlet store at 27. All that she had accomplished from life was graduating from college and then working for two different Adidas factory outlet stores. I had worked for Nike (including World Headquarters) for a decade, owned my own sports store for 11 years, and then CHOSE to work as a manager at the Factory Outlet Store to return to my "home" of Grand Rapids. She yelled at me in the office for a half-hour before I even clocked in for every shift that I worked because I treated the employees like people and because she at 27 was trying "solely" to make me a "better employee". I resigned after 28 months of that.

What I loved working at #Adidas
Being a "senior employee" I enjoyed treating and respecting the younger employees (average age 16-22) as people as opposed to expendable employees. I also focused upon what positives that they did for the store. Current 27 year old management never complimented but only every told them what they did wrong or what they should have done better.

Adidas
I would like to work at adidas because is a brand that has made itself popular and I would love to join in. Im 16 and i help people what they need to find.
