Unless your are willing to work 80 hours / week and being underpaid for your qualifications, I cannot recommend working in the Lincoln Harris CSG accounting department.

My advice to people interested in working at #A #1Air,Inc as a #AccountingManager ...

I would not advise anyone to work at A#1 in the Accounting Area. Accounting is an afterthought, with procedures being in place that make it impossible to keep accounts up to date and smooth. Everything runs 6 weeks behind, but required to close out 2 weeks after end of month, then go back with adjustments to correct. The department is also a revolving door for employees and you are not able to bring in the quality needed to run the department smooth. With this, there is no loyalty from the company toward the employees in this area, the thought is that everyone is replaceable, leading to low moral and a gloom filled environment.

My advice to people interested in working at #Lelandmanagement as a #Accountingmanager ...

Don't. They treat their employees like crap! No respect they changed us from salary to hourly and docked our pay if we did work 43 hours.
