I don’t know anyone’s age on here but if you are over 55 or 60? Not quite sure about the age requirement. You might try your local AARP foundation. All you need to be eligible is your age. They will ask you questions about yourself and what are you interested in and try and place you with employment locally. You will still have to go on interviews, the pay isn’t excellent, the way I look at it, it’s an opportunity for the elderly who are capable of working. That was my situation. Thank you. Good luck to everyone who is out there looking for employment opportunities #prayingikeepthisjob #AARP #canhelp

Hi I’m Marie and I have my opinions about your current situation. The AARP folks are there to make your second half of your life more of a friendly experience into your life experience as an mature adult. Enrollment and membership has its perks and business experience in the social and business aspect of older adults. That’s why I’m excited about it and want to pass this amazing experience on to you.

AARP now offers a bit of resume advice and professional writing service to help baby boomers feel more comfortable applying and interviewing for new jobs.

  • Writing a resume can be difficult for everyone, but for those 50 years of age or older, it can be even more difficult. Maybe they've been out of the workforce for some time, or they haven't been able to keep up with the latest processes and technologies.

The good news is that AARP and TopResume have partnered to help those in that age group.
