Also they can learn to be independent than depending on others. Making serious decisions is another advice where by I would not wait for my boss ti decide for me but quickly look at the right decision. Hence a good decision maker. Relating with different categories of personnel is another advice where by from such I gained the communication skill hence public relations. From the above therefore one is advice not to fear or worry where to begin from because I learnt that experience is the best teacher. And had to move on.

The biggest mistake was accepting to train theory yet all administration work was to be done by me where by me whereby some times in theory trainings new clients would come for registration and inquiries yet very busy in class hence inconvenience to my theory class for the sake of new customers which used to make me compensate their time and led to inadequate personal time at home because I liked faithful work for the school to be known. Therefore, though I regretted accepting with my boss it made some development inn the school finally hence am advantage.

The most stressful day was that very one a customer got angry yet I had a lot of schedules which needed cash moreover in absence of my boss. But I had to thank God I cancelled my programs to get clear with the organization customer then personal things next.

The last time a customer got angry I used to call her Hajat, she badly needed her driving permit for emergency yet my boss was not around and was the one responsible. She badly called the boss who answered don't worry Betty will handle you as quick as possible for you. I was a bit worried but I tried get my personal cash to solve her issue and was done in two days yet the boss/director was to be back in a month time. She automatically became happy which made me happy too because I maintained my name and the school. The worry was done a way with. And finally the boss had to come with special appreciation which again motivated me.
