When I started this business I had nothing but ambition. It was honestly to he best thing I ever did with my life I enjoyed working 16 hours a day and it was hard to get me to take a break from the work and be present at home. I truly loved owning and operating something I created it had such a great payback for me. My advice to anyone thinking of doing anything for themselves. Is to take your idea whatever you want to do and run with it and don't look back. Find enjoyment in your toil and you wil never actually work a single day in your life.
What made me stay at #A1 Quality Pest control was
It was a wonderful experience. A new company starting out. It was a family owned and operated. The pay was great and everyone worked at making the company exceed. They ended up selling it to a major pest control company. We were all offered a position at the new company. Unfortunately, we were treated like we were a dime a dozen. All the original company employees ended up quitting within 3 months.
