Recently, more and more companies are offering "contract" work on W2 only.
Only idiots works contract on W2 !!
It's because they don't know the legal tax benefits of having their own LLC with an EIN# and working C2C bring. I've had one for 14yrs.
It's time for employers to wake up !! They are losing access to the better part of the contract workforce.
